The honest-call guarantee

Every call is made by Jen. And Jen always says so.

When an AI calls a business for your family, the people on the other end deserve to know. So do you. These four promises apply to every call JenAI makes — no exceptions, no fine print.

Our four promises

  1. Promise 1

Jen says it's an AI — first.

Every call opens with the same sentence: “Hi, this is Jen, an AI assistant calling on behalf of the Rivera family.” It's fixed in the call setup, not left to the AI to remember.

  2. Promise 2

    No hidden humans. Ever.

Every call is placed by Jen. No person at JenAI dials for you, joins your calls or pretends to be the AI. If we ever offer human help, it will be clearly labeled — to you and to the business.

  3. Promise 3

    Every call has a transcript.

After each call you get a short report and the full written transcript, so you can see exactly what Jen said and what the business said back.

  4. Promise 4

    We check every call.

After each call, our system confirms the disclosure was in Jen's first turn. If it wasn't, the task is stopped, you're told, and our team is alerted. Our target is zero misses.

What it sounds like

A sample transcript excerpt from a rescheduling call. Notice the first sentence — and that Jen checks with the family before it commits to anything.

  • • If call recording is on for your household, Jen announces it at the start of the call.
  • • Jen uses a synthetic voice — never a clone of a real person.
  • • Jen never claims to be you, and never claims to be a licensed professional.
  • • If a business asks not to be called, we never call it again.

Jen:Hi, this is Jen, an AI assistant calling on behalf of the Rivera family. I'm calling to move Leo Rivera's cleaning to an afternoon next week, if you have one.

Front desk:Oh — an AI? Okay. Sure, let me look. I have Tuesday at 3:30 or Thursday at 4:15.

Jen:Thank you. I'll confirm with the family right now. Could you hold Tuesday at 3:30 for a few minutes?

Front desk:I can hold it for ten minutes.

Jen:Perfect — the family approved Tuesday at 3:30. Could I get a confirmation, please?

If we ever break this promise, you'll hear it from us.

A call that misses the disclosure is flagged automatically, the task is paused for a human review, and you get a plain explanation. Businesses can reach us at help@jenai.dev about any call from Jen.
